Terry has been a licensed real estate professional since 1992 with full-time experience as a broker, investor and educator, as well as corporate structuring and business & real estate financing. With managing Commercial and Residential real estate since the early 90’s, she’s detail-oriented, organized and well-versed in Tenant Relations, Account Management and Project Management.

David has over 30 years’ experience as a builder, expert Project-Manager, and business developer in the state of Michigan. With successful experience in sales and marketing, his project delivery, specializing in custom kitchen and baths, extends through-out the state of Michigan as well as in the mountains of Tennessee.
As a Project Success Expert he has trained numerous craftsmen in the art and techniques of custom stone and tile projects, providing exquisite living experiences for homeowners and business owners alike.
Currently a partner with City Central Property Management L.L.C., David is developing a portfolio in both residential and commercial real estate.
David as an ordained Minister, enjoys time with his family, creating digital media projects, supporting the Cancer Society, and participating and attending sporting events.
